Your audio stays yours.

This prelaunch notice describes the current technical behavior. Final commercial purchase/refund terms and the complete launch privacy notice will be available before checkout opens. No payments are being taken on this website.

Local voice. Local captions. Local clips.

RaevusFlo processes recordings, Forge voice commands, and AI captions on your PC. Annekham Animations does not collect or upload your audio or transcripts during normal use. We do not scrape, sell, use customer audio for targeted advertising, or train models with your recordings or transcripts. Caption generation needs no cloud AI account or billed tokens.

Saved clips and caption edits remain under your control. Transcription creates local temporary audio/text files, deleted after normal completion or cancellation. A hard crash can leave temporary files on your PC; it does not upload them.

You choose what to share for support.

A crash/bug report is a local ZIP, not an automatic submission. Reports exclude recordings, audio, screenshots, projects, transcripts, and license keys by default. They contain technical diagnostics such as versions, recording preferences, and CPU/GPU/driver information. Review the report before choosing to share it.

If you deliberately provide a clip or audio sample through a separately approved in-house route, we use it only to reproduce the reported issue and develop or verify a hotfix. Access is restricted to the support/development team working on that issue. We do not forward these samples to external AI tools, advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties, and delete working samples when the hotfix work is finished. Longer retention requires fresh consent.

Do not post audio, video, transcripts, license keys, receipts, or personal information in Discord, including private channels. Use synthetic or content-free diagnostics where possible. Creating a report is not consent to collect media.

Licensing still needs technical data.

Registering a trial, activating a license, and renewing certificates connect to our Cloudflare-hosted licensing service. It stores a product-scoped device digest, trial start/expiry, activations, technical history, and administrative audit records. Raw Windows and firmware identifiers are not sent. Hosting infrastructure necessarily sees your network address; the application uses short-lived hashed request buckets for rate limiting.

Trial records persist to prevent ordinary trial resets by reinstalling. License and purchase records support lifetime ownership, verified recovery, fraud prevention, and two-device activation. Local credentials/certificates use Windows secure storage. Lifetime ownership does not mean certificates never require renewal.

Purchase and delivery, when sales open.

Stripe hosted checkout will handle payment details. Our licensing service receives verified purchase references, amount, currency, payment/refund status, and customer email; it does not receive full card numbers or security codes. Email is used for key delivery and support lookup, and an address alone does not establish ownership.

Resend delivers license email, processing the recipient address and message content. Key material and pending delivery content are encrypted in our database. Pending content is cleared after acceptance, cancellation/failure, or bounded expiry. An encrypted key vault supports verified recovery. Providers maintain their own operational records. Email open/click tracking and marketing campaigns are not enabled.

This storefront.

This storefront has no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, microphone access, audio uploads, or application recording. The optional beta application form sends the information you enter for recruitment. Its hosting provider processes normal request information to serve the pages. Following Discord, email, or other external links opens those services under their own policies. The illustrated interface is a demonstration, not an active recorder.

Beta applications.

The optional application asks for your name or creator name, reply email, public stream channel links, and PC hardware. We use these details to review applications and contact selected testers for our 25-person beta, not for advertising. Applying does not create an account, guarantee selection, or issue a license.

When you submit with consent, our Cloudflare-hosted service sends your application through Resend to Annekham Animations at raevusflo@gmail.com; Gmail stores that email. Raw application details are not stored in the licensing database or application logs. Keyed hashes, submission status, and send counters are kept for up to 45 days for deduplication and abuse protection. Short-lived hashed network buckets limit submission attempts. Reply email ownership is not verified by the form. Contact raevusflo@gmail.com to request correction or removal of your application.

Help, corrections, and recovery.

Our primary support route is the RaevusFlo Discord community. Email fallback and license-email replies go to raevusflo@gmail.com. Contact us there for corrections, recovery, or data-handling requests. We verify ownership before changing purchase contacts or retrieving a key. Retention/deletion must account for continuing ownership, security, and applicable financial obligations; requests do not delete your local files or reset trials.
